Siesta Beach, on the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, is made up if 99% crystal quartz, making it reflective and cool to the touch no matter the heat index.

Its also great for sand sculpting such as these pumpkins. You’ll often see fantastic sculptures on an average beach walk, as my husband and I do whenever we go.
